- Communication: Support requests, feedback, or other messages you send us
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Service, we automatically collect:
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, interactions
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Cookies & Tracking: Session cookies for authentication and functionality (see section 6)
- Log Data: Access times, error logs, performance metrics
2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide the Service: Create and manage your contracts, invoices, clients, and e-signatures
- Process Payments: Handle your lifetime access purchase via Razorpay (payment data is handled by Razorpay, not stored by us)

3. Payment Processing & Razorpay
Important: We do NOT store your credit card or payment information on our servers.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, our secure payment processor. When you make a purchase:
- Your payment information goes directly to Razorpay's secure servers
- Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest security standard)
- We only receive confirmation of successful payment from Razorpay
- Your card details are encrypted and tokenized by Razorpay

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do NOT sell your personal information. We only share your data in these limited circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
- Razorpay: Payment processing (see section 3)
- Email Services: Hostinger SMTP for transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
- Hosting Provider: Server infrastructure to run PaperDock
These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect our rights, property, or safety
- Prevent fraud or illegal activity
- Protect the rights and safety of our users or the public
4.3 Business Transfers
If PaperDock is acquired, merged, or undergoes a business transition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email of any such change in ownership or control.

Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.

PaperDock is based in the United States.
