To use PaperDock, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment & Billing

PaperDock operates on a lifetime payment model. By purchasing lifetime access for $69 USD, you receive:

• Permanent access to all current features
• All future updates and feature releases at no additional cost
• Unlimited contracts, invoices, clients, and e-signatures
• No recurring subscription fees or renewal charges

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Free Trial

New users can start a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. Trial terms:

• No credit card required to start your trial
• Full access to all PaperDock features for 30 days
• Trial begins upon account creation
• After 30 days, you must purchase lifetime access to continue using the Service
• One trial per user/email address

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all lifetime purchases:

• Request a refund within 30 days of purchase
• Contact us at support@paperdock.pro with your refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Your account access will be terminated upon refund processing

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PaperDock to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell, redistribute, or share your account access
• Create fraudulent contracts or invoices
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

PaperDock retains all rights to:

• The PaperDock software, platform, and technology
• All trademarks, logos, and brand assets
• Contract and invoice templates (which you may use for your business)
• Website content, design, and documentation

Your Content: You retain ownership of all contracts, invoices, client data, and other content you create using PaperDock. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using PaperDock, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service "As-Is": PaperDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Your Right: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closed accounts are not eligible for refunds after the 30-day refund window.

Our Right: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when possible.
